It's about 2 organisation - Lakehouse and Brent Hosuing Partnership (BHP) coming tgether to regenerate and literally 'breathe new life' into an area in North West London - Brentfield Hosuing Estate.

Their mission - to regenerate 114 BHP local authority homes by significantly improving the overall standard of each of the prperties, reducing their energy consumption and ensuring better living conditions for the residents. Brent Council like all local authorities, is required to meet stringent new targets on sustainability.
