So here we were, faced with 114 semi detached houses to retrofit to the heighers standards possible and not only reduce the impact on the environement, but put in Sustainable elements where possible...

Considetaion neeeded to be given to the volume of traffic only metres away (45,00 vehicles per day on average), an environmentally sensitive area nearby, Brent reservoir, schools and a close densely knit community. What would deliver the greatest impact?
